Using this site

You are welcome to read it, and to send us an inquiry. Please do not:

The free assessment

The assessment is genuinely free and carries no obligation. When you request one, here is what we are committing to and what we are not:

If you hire us

Project work is agreed separately in writing scope, price, and timeline. Ongoing support is month to month: no minimum term, no exit fee, cancel whenever you like. What you have paid for is yours to keep, including the code, and we will hand over the accounts.

Third-party services your project depends on hosting, domains, email, a payments providers are billed by those companies under their own terms, and we do not control their pricing, uptime, or policies.

Who owns what

Once you have paid for a piece of work, the deliverables are yours. Your business name, logo, photos, and text remain yours throughout, and you are confirming you have the right to use whatever you give us. The Tactically Digital name, logo, and the content of this site are ours.

Limits

This site is provided as-is. We keep it working and accurate, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never contain a mistake. Nothing here is legal, financial, or tax advice.

To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from this website or a free assessment is limited to what you paid for it which is nothing. Liability for paid work is dealt with in the agreement for that work. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change when we do. Changes apply going forward, not retroactively to work already agreed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If we ever have a dispute, we would rather you pick up the phone first most things get sorted in one conversation.

Privacy

What happens to the information you send us is covered in the Privacy Policy.
